		Product Overview

	Minicom's RackManager is a slim, rack mountable, console drawer that occupies just 1U of rack space. It's the neat, organized way to control your data rack. RackManager comes with all the hardware you need to mount it, and is easily installed with just four screws. To access your servers, just slide out the RackManager drawer and flip it open to use the large, high resolution, clear 15" or 17" TFT LCD display (VGA /SVGA /XGA compatible) with front-panel display controls for easy adjustment, and high-quality 16mm trackball. When not in use, the keyboard is concealed by the front door.

	Built-in CAT5 KVM Switch Option

	You can purchase the RackManager with an optional built-in Phantom KVM switch. The Phantom includes Minicom's Universal Phantom Manager (UPM) which fits to the back of the RackManager and small remote Specter units which connect to each of your servers via standard CAT5 cable.

	With the optional built-in Universal Phantom Manager and remote Specter units, your RackManager becomes a 63 port KVM switch. Just connect the Specter units to the UPM via CAT5 cable in a daisy chain. The distributed design greatly reduces cable clutter and gives you maximum flexibility in designing your data center. Use the Specter PS/2, SUN, USB, or RS232 to support multiple platforms. For multi-user functionality, add the Phantom MXII.
